Tori Bailey has been with Ward Law Firm since September of 2022, but had significant prior experience as a paralegal and office manager before joining our office. When the demand on our office made hiring an additional staff member a necessity, Tori was the obvious choice both for her prior experience and for her incredible ability to connect with clients genuinely and in a meaningful way that assists them in getting through what are often the darkest days of their lives. Tori’s smiling face and witty personality are a favorite among Ward Law Firm clients in both our Stone County and Taney County offices. During her first year, Tori quickly progressed from entering and breezing through our rigorous training program to being the lead paralegal for one of our primary family law attorneys, Debra Hilton.
Tori is a warm welcome and a comforting voice of reason, while also a pillar of absolute strength. Serving the community as a family law paralegal is not an easy task in terms of the critical thinking, attention to detail, and demanding schedule; but the emotional toll it takes is even more taxing. Somehow, she manages to handle both sides of the role with incredible ease and grace, and for that our clients are truly blessed to have Tori on their side.
Personally
Tori lives in Branson, Missouri, with her children, Robin, Cirice, and sweet baby Harper. She has a passion for making each day the best it can be and finding the silver lining in even the worst situations. With children who have specific medical needs (much like our firm’s founder, Brandi Ward), Tori understands personally how difficult it can be to worry about your children when they’re not in your own care.
Tori also enjoys spending time with friends, camping, going to concerts, and otherwise spending time in the great outdoors.
